According to a new regulation by the Turkish Ministry of National Defense, military students will no longer be allowed to change their academic programs or transfer to other higher education institutions. This amendment was published in the Official Gazette and has now come into effect.
Under the new rule, military students studying at faculties or colleges cannot change their departments, programs, or institutions. They are required to complete their education under the name and account of the Ministry.
